Material & Care

We seek to provide pieces that are made to last. Our jewelry are made from 925 Silver or Stainless Steel, which both are rust-free material and easy to take care of.
Proper caring and maintenance are necessary for any jewelry. Take care of your jewelry and it will shine for years.

925 Silver

The best way to take care of your 925 Silver jewelry is to wear it everyday. Your body oils and lotions are constantly rubbing it and keeping it shiny. It will stay shiny with regular wear, and you do not need to remove it even when showering (remember to dry the pieces to prevent water stains).

925 Silver does not rust but are subject to oxidization (colour dull or darkened) which caused by exposure to moisture and air. Store it in a ziplock bag when you are not wearing it. If it gets dull or darkened, gently rub it with our polishing cloth.

01 Try to keep your jewelry dry after contact with water
02 Avoid contact with perfume, harsh chemicals and hot tubs
03 When not it use, gently wipe off any dirt and store in a ziplock bag
04 If it gets dull or darkened, gently rub it with our polishing cloth

Each piece of 925 Silver jewelry will come with a free polishing cloth for you to keep it shiny.

316L Stainless Steel

Gold Plated

Gold plating on 925 Silver/316L Stainless Steel is the process which a piece of metal is covered with a layer of gold on top. Avoid wearing when exercising (scratches and scuffs can scratch away the gold), showering, swimming, hot tubs, applying lotion or using harsh cleaning supplies to enjoy your plated jewelry much longer and avoid the plating from getting stripped away.

01 Avoid wearing when shower and exercise
02 Avoid contact with perfume, harsh chemicals and hot tubs
03 Only wipe off any dirt with a soft cloth and store in a ziplock bag when not in use
04 Store it separately with other jewelleries to minimize scratches

Earrings Adjustment
The latch tension is controlled by the angle of the post. It isn't faulty if the latch is too loose or too tight.

If it is too loose, pull the post upwards gently to increase the tension of the latch. If you find the latch is too tight, push the post downwards slightly to reduce the tension. You may have to make multiple adjustments to finally reach your desired tightness.

Please be gentle while adjusting the post to avoid damage.
