Self care is about being good to yourself. Create your self care rituals, it can be anything that makes you happy, relaxed and satisfied. Some of them might seem so small, but yet so impactful. Might we recommend some self care rituals for you:
Culinary therapy is real! Especially breakfast. Enjoy the time preparing and eating. This makes me feel I’ve given my body some good energy to start me off the day.

A To-Do-List Planning
There’s no right or wrong way to do this and your handwriting doesn’t need to be perfect. Grab your favourite notebook (mine from Anatomy) and pen, jot down any to-do items in your mind and plan your day! You will feel so satisfied by the end of the day when you see all the tasks being accomplished.
Ground yourself by connecting with the earth and fresh air. Have a hike with your friends and family at Bukit Gasing. This doesn't just elevate your mood, but also physical self care.
A Break Time
A cup of ice coffee or refreshing lemon cucumber water when you feel sluggish in the afternoon.
Be Kinder to Yourself
Every day may not be good, so don’t try to punish yourself when you are not feeling productive. Instead take a break and watch endless films on Netflix!
Doing the same thing everyday can get boring over time, so if you no longer look forward to your self care rituals, try out new activities that feels good and best supports you!
